I’m having a recurring dream and I’m not entirely sure I know why. There are lots of people who believe that dreams have meanings and your mind is using it as a way of telling you something. This is not the school of thought I come from. Don’t get me wrong, I like dreams as much as the next person. In fact, I’m happiest when I’m in bed (and the phone isn’t ringing constantly), just me and lovely, sleepy, comforable dreams.
This dream I keep having is bothering me, It makes me feel uncomfortable. Its the same dream each time except the venue keeps changing, and the people are different - though they don’t usually talk. Let’s take last nights’ for instance - I’m walking into a court room, full of people, I’m late (which to be fair is not unusual for me), and the Judge and everybody else is going through the proceedings. I’m not sure why, but I was on the jury, and being late quickly ran to my seat - but with a twist, I’m naked!
This bothers me because although I am normally forgetful, I usually remember to put my clothes on!
Like is said, this has been a recurring dream, and the court room just happens to be the most recent one. I have done a few different google searches to find out what it could mean - and as I mentioned previously, that’s not my school of thought - but it seems pretty consistent. It all points to feeling vulnerable.
Maybe I feel vulnerable becuase I keep dreaming of being naked in public places. And that is not something that I would enjoy.
I don’t wish to alarm you but apparently if you have the same dream 3 times it comes true…now:
a) I don’t want to find out what will happen in my recurring dream with the dolphin
b) THANKFULLY, with this in mind, Brittney Spears will be my wife
c) I never want a dream involving Micheal Jackon or Anne Widdecombe - or worse still both!

As I said earlier, being naked (unless really drunk) is not something I generally do in public. It happened once when I got locked out of the house by a housemate - but - I was *really* drunk. Hmm, actually I can see a patern forming here - one of my freinds bet me once (again - demon drink) to get fruity with a window. Well, it wasn’t so much a window, as a restaurant window - with people eating at the time.
However, now I’m older, and uglier - I don’t expect to be doing it any time soon.
Please though, without trying to cause you too much stress, I would like to know what happens with the dolphin in your dream, come on, elaborate ;P
Well the dolphines tend to do a range of things…agression is a key characterisitic though…I wish it were more exciting, but I fear that I could not sustain anything more challenging.
Perhaps if you didn’t drink before you went to bed?
