Washout? Glastonbury? Where?

My dad at GlastonburySo I’m told that the Glastonbury festival was a washout this year. Where? I didn’t see it ;)
The picture on the left is of my Dad. I think at the time he was trying some new S&M role play called “Look at me, I’m a tent!”. Sorry Dad, didn’t mean that. It was pissing it down, and I got absolutely soaked - I hid under a tree whilst I sent my tent, erm ^h^h^h^h^h^h^h^h^hDad to go and grab me a poncho. He did it on Purpose, it was because I laughed at him, that he got me a bright yellow one.

It didn’t matter that the rain was on, there was plenChas n Davety to do, apart from getting wet. One of the best bands I saw at the festival was Chas and Dave, and I had been looking forward to seeing them all week. They didn’t disappoint, Even a life sized bunny came up on stage during Rabbit :)

I’ll eventually get round to posting more about the festival, but this is the first time in 6 years I’ve taken time from work to enjoy myself, so you can imagine the pile of work thats sitting in my inbox around about now. It’s manic here!

Glasonbury Mud Madness

Well, I got back a few hours ago and I had a sleep for a short while. I thought I would post a video I took of the mud that overcame the entire festival, I’ll pop back later with some photos and share some of my experiences with you. For now though, you can enjoy watching that which caused havoc with my poorly toes.

Moving is the most stressful time of a persons life

At least that’s what I’m told. TheTeabag has moved home, we are now living in the real world with our brand new FQDN http://www.theteabag.co.uk so please update your bookmarks you revellers. The old domain will continue to run a Redirect over here, but the least amount of stress you can place on our old server the better, especially since it’s a little old and bruised.

So after the stress of moving (which took all of 20 minutes) I’m going on holiday to relax, first thing tomorrow morning - Glastonbury 2007 here I come. Don’t wait up for me, but expect a serious splurge of posts for when I return, I hope to have lots of photos at the ready so y’all can enjoy yourselves by proxy.
