WOW!
I didn’t get chance to watch the IT crowd last week as I was travelling to Chichester to spend some time with friends. In fact the TV was out of bounds all weekend. I managed to watch the show last night, and to say I was impressed is just an understatement. I laughed out loud, and indeed cried of laughter for at least 15 minutes of the entire programme. I certainly hope tonight’s episode is half as good as last weeks, because if it is, I think i’ll wet myself.
If you missed it, TV Links has a copy, although when I checked a few hours ago, it was in DivX format which is not very friendly towards Firefox and Linux users. I am working late tonight, and I am worried that again I will miss it. I hope my Sky+ box doesn’t crap out on me again.
Cheers to a terrific start to the second season

I thought my ears had deceived me yesterday evening as I had the TV on in the lounge whilst I was in the kitchen making a cup of tea, but I thought I heard that Season two of the IT Crowd is coming soon to Channel 4. I put it to the back of my mind, and then tonight, I checked the Channel 4 website and there it is, full confirmation : http://www.channel4.com/entertainment/tv/microsites/I/itcrowd/news.html coming to a TV near you (in the UK at least) on August 24th at 21:30. My Sky+ box is just waiting for the schedule to appear, and then I’ll have set the series link.
For those of you that haven’t seen Series one, then I suggest you get watching now - it is currently being repeated at 00:15 on Wednesdays, Channel 4.
In other related news, the season one DVD box set is availible from your favorite retailler, and I would certainly recommend the purchase. I also stumbled upon some of the scripts from this season at http://www.theitcrowd.co.uk along with other goodies for your purusal.
As always, have a lot of fun!

in Life.
So today has been a little rough, I have had to more or less give up my job and my way of life at least for a year as I have been accepted for a MSc course at one of our local Universities. I am becoming a mature student, well mature is maybe too strong of a word if I am honest, but an older student at the very least.
My mum and dad are overjoyed at my decision, and I am over the moon. Right now though, I have a lot of things that need to be sorted out at work, including the delivery of a CMS eCommerce solution that I had promised to deliver before I leave in three weeks.
I can’t wait to start, it’s like a new leaf for me, and I hope it goes well. Don’t worry though dear reader, I’m sure that I will bring you all of the details as they happen. Wish me luck, I have never been to University before, I’m not entirely sure what to expect.
